Etrebelle Filler
What is it?
Etrebelle is a combined collagen stimulator and hybrid filler consisting of biodegradable PLA and a non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid. It is a type of filler that builds up collagen rather than providing an immediate volume increase like regular HA fillers.
Unlike other PLA based products such as Sculptra, Etrebelle also contains hyaluronic acid which binds moisture and stabilizes the skin while new collagen (PLA) is formed. The collagen-stimulating effect of PLA is a slow process that takes place over several months. But you get a result that is your own and lasts for years.
How Does It Work?
Etrebelle contains KFDA-approved Poly DL-Lactide, a form of PLA, which is known to stimulate the production of collagen in the skin. Upon injection, the PLA particles work to replace lost collagen and reinforce the skin structure. Over time, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles will decrease as the skin’s collagen levels rise. Hyaluronic Acid helps to provide an immediate plumping effect, drawing moisture into the skin. When the effects of the Hyaluronic Acid wear off, the PLA continues to boost collagen synthesis. This means that your skin gradually becomes smoother and looks younger after the injection, with results lasting up to 2 years after the injection.
