Bellast Filler
What is it?
Bellast line by Dongkook Pharmaceutical (South Korea) is a range of advanced, cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers of non-animal origin. These fillers are engineered with HCXL (High Concentration Crosslinking) or double polymerization technology to combine high viscosity, purity, and safety. They offer different formulations (Soft L, L, Ultra L, Ultra Plus) tailored to various depths and areas of facial aesthetic treatment.
Key Features:
- HA concentration from ~18 to 24 mg/mL depending on variant.
- Contains ~0.3% lidocaine for pain reduction.
- Monophasic, sterile, pyrogen-free, biocompatible gel; non-animal origin.
- Very low residual BDDE content; endotoxin level < 0.5 EU/mL.
- Increased viscosity and elasticity; good tissue integration and shape stability.
Product Line:
- Bellast Soft L — more suitable for superficial wrinkles, delicate skin areas; ~18 mg/mL HA; 30G needle.
- Bellast L / Ultra L — mid to deep dermis applications such as nasolabial folds, cheeks, facial contouring; ~20 mg/mL HA.
- Bellast Ultra Plus — stronger lifting and volume restoration; higher HA concentration (~24 mg/mL); suited for deeper wrinkles and more pronounced contouring.
Indications:
- Correction of medium to deep facial wrinkles and folds.
- Volume restoration in cheeks, chin, lips.
- Facial contouring (nose bridge, forehead, chin).
- Superficial skin imperfections, fine lines (depending on Soft variant).
