Facetem Filler
What is it?
Facetem is a unique calcium hydroxyapatite-based product that provides non-surgical face lifting and long-term wrinkle correction. It is a safe, well-researched product that does not cause an inflammatory reaction in the tissues, does not migrate, and is completely eliminated from the body.
The lattice-porous structure does not split all at once, but splits gradually from the surface – from the most distant places, towards the center. This is the main advantage of this structure compared to the sandy structure of competing companies. The guy biodegrades evenly, and the effect lasts longer.
Facet degrades slowly and therefore has a longer retention time in tissues compared to other CaHA (calcium hydroxyapatite) fillers.
Indications
Facetem is designed for:
- Facial volumization: restoring lost volume in the cheeks, chin, and temples
- Wrinkle correction: addressing deep lines such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and perioral wrinkles
- Facial contouring: enhancing the jawline and chin for improved facial harmony

Duration of Effect
The effects of Facetem can last up to 18 months, depending on individual factors and the treatment area.
Contraindications
Facetem should not be used in individuals who:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have active skin infections or inflammation at the injection site
- Are allergic to any component of the product
- Have a history of severe allergies or anaphylaxis
- Are under 18 years old

Facetem 1.5 ml
- Composition: high-density calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres in a gel matrix
- Volume: 1.5 ml per syringe
- Indications: deep wrinkle correction and facial volumization

Facetem 2 x 0.8 ml
- Composition: same as the 1.5 ml version, divided into two syringes
- Volume: 2 x 0.8 ml pre-filled syringes
- Indications: precise contouring and targeted volume restoration
